Financial Stewardship

Peru Mission USA, Inc. is registered in the United States as a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization, and is accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). 

Peru Mission USA provides appropriate receipts for all donations, and publishes the results of its yearly independent audit on both the Peru Mission and Peru Mission USA websites. In accordance with IRS and ECFA standards the Peru Mission USA board acknowledges its full responsibility for all funds raised by and for Peru Mission and endeavors to ensure their use in full accordance with the donor’s wishes. Peru Mission’s budget is presented to the Peru Mission USA board each year in October for approval and grants are made in accordance with that budget.

Funds left over from missions trips or completed projects will normally be used in a further stage of the project or a similar project. When no such similar project exists monies may be allocated to our Compassion Fund.
